Transform was founded in 1996 by Theresa Gale and Mary Anne Wampler. Our goal was to create a company that would deliver unprecedented results to our clients.

Our proven methodologies and assessment techniques, resulting from a combined 50 years of business consulting experience and over 15 years working together, allow us to create strategies and implementation plans that get results.

About Mary Anne

Mary Anne Wampler has over 30 years of sales, leadership and team development experience. She has helped Fortune 100 companies strategize and close million dollar deals. She builds high-performing sales teams and exudes a passion for personal growth, leadership and collaboration. Her consulting and training is transformational.

Mary Anne currently serves as Vice President of the Enneagram Association in the Narrative Tradition and as a supervising teacher for the Enneagram Professional Training Program.  Mary Anne is also a member of the International Enneagram Association. She is a teacher who truly embodies her teachings as she navigates her personal path of self-discovery.

Theresa offers a thorough knowledge and understanding of how organizational and human systems work.  Theresa works with leaders to develop and implement the systems that facilitate the achievement of organizational and personal goals and improve team functionality, productivity and synergy among all employees.

Theresa holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and is a Certified Business Manager and a Certified Enneagram Coach.  She also holds certifications in the use of several tools to facilitate maximum benefit from training and consulting efforts.
